JNS Towers has a simple solution to cell tower development…municipalities should own them. This is made possible under the Municipal Tower Ownership Program™ - MTOP™. JNS Towers is a Central Valley, New York based company specializing in assisting municipalities with developing this critical infrastructure within their communities. Through MTOP™, JNS Towers will provide all labor, materials and equipment to develop the municipal owned tower. JNS Towers will lease and manage the location for your municipality. Your municipality will receive up to fifty percent of the revenue generated from the tower for the life of the tower.

Under MTOP JNS Will

Act as the municipal agent for the development of a communication tower
Negotiate all carrier leases on behalf of the municipality
Design the tower – incorporating emergency service needs & future municipal communication needs
Construct the tower & manage the co-locations of the wireless carriers
Supply on-going professional management and maintenance of the tower
Develop the tower with no taxpayer monies
