About JNS Towers

JNS Towers, LLC. (formerly JNS Enterprises, Inc.) was founded in 2000 by Jeffrey A. Staley, a former telecommunications executive.  In the same year, JNS rolled out the Municipal Tower Ownership Program (MTOP™).  MTOP™ was specifically designed to assist municipal officials with the development of communication towers within their communities.

The senior management team at JNS Towers has over 20 years of telecommunication and construction management experience in the wireless industry.  That, combined with a vast knowledge of municipal laws has earned JNS Towers an excellent reputation as a leader in the industry.

The transparency of MTOP™ allows municipalities to include its citizens in the process.  MTOP™ is the premier solution for municipal cell tower development.

JNS Towers is committed to it’s relationships with municipalities and is an associate member of the New York Association of Towns and the New York Conference of Mayors. JNS Towers supports these associations by exhibiting at their conferences, advertising in publications and sponsoring events. JNS Towers is also a member of The New York State Wireless Association.
